Vik Singh, MA, MBA 

With a diverse background, Vik has over 12 years of experience in finance and business development. Some of his past roles include working as a Director for a global private equity association with a market capitalization of over $1 trillion, M&A Senior Consultant for one of the world’s largest professional firm and Chief Economist of the largest industry association in Canada.

Vik has written and published over 30 articles and have been profiled in several print media such as PEI Media and AltAssets. In his current role as Managing Director of KDR Capital, he is involved in deal origination and advising clients in cross border mergers and acquisitions. Vik has a MBA degree in Finance and a MA degree in Economics.

Manny Kang, CFA, FRM, PRM 

Manny is a dynamic project and risk management professional with over 15 years diverse work experience. His outstanding ability to inspire teams to take action and deliver results has been a valuable asset to KDR. He has led numerous projects covering risk management, regulatory, transaction valuations and system implementations for clients in Financial Industry, Oil and Gas, Pension Funds, Manufacturing and others.

Manny holds Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and the Professional Risk Manager (PRM) designations. He received his Bachelors of Science at the University of Toronto.

Guri Saggu 

Leveraging over 12 years of expertise within the global financial sector to the executive level, Guri has effectively led strategic global product and business development solutions meeting the needs of top tier forward-thinking traditional and alternative investment companies by focusing on investment product conception, strategic business unit growth, due diligence and investment servicing industry best practices.

Guri holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in International Economics and Trade.

Mathew George, PMP, ITIL V3 

With more than 12 years of experience in the IT industry, Mathew is a ITIL certified project management professional with a track record of achieving significant cost savings and enhancing system functionality in a number of industries. His strong leadership skills are demonstrated by his commitment to providing client centric solutions.

Mathew has a degree in Computer Science from McMaster University and acquired his PMP and ITIL V3 education and certifications from Global Knowledge, a worldwide leader in IT and business skills training.
